LOST AT CHRISTMAS

Cinemavixion Review

In 'Lost At Christmas', director Ryan Hendrick crafts a tale of unexpected connection forged amidst holiday adversity. The film centers on Jen and Rob, portrayed with earnest chemistry by Natalie Clark and Kenny Boyle, who find their Christmas Eve plans derailed by heartbreak and a severe snowstorm. Their forced proximity sparks a journey that is as much about navigating their personal emotional landscapes as it is about reaching their destinations. Sylvester McCoy offers a grounding presence, adding a touch of seasoned wisdom. While perhaps not a critical darling, with a 40% on Rotten Tomatoes, the film's charm lies in its relatable premise and the hopeful exploration of human connection during a time of year that emphasizes togetherness. It's a modest, character-driven piece that resonates with the spirit of overcoming personal obstacles to find solace, even in the most inconvenient circumstances.
