LIVE-EVIL

Cinemavixion Review

Ari Kirschenbaum's 2015 horror offering, "Live Evil," plunges viewers into the claustrophobic confines of a small-town police station's basement jail, where supernatural entities wage a terrifying psychological war. The film masterfully exploits the fears of Sheriff Brody (Vladimir Kulich) and his deputies, turning their own anxieties into potent weapons. Charlene Amoia and horror veteran Tony Todd lend their talents to this intense battle of wills, where survival hinges on mental fortitude against unseen forces. While the film may not have garnered widespread critical acclaim, its focused premise and atmospheric tension offer a chilling descent into primal fears, making it a noteworthy, albeit grim, entry in the supernatural horror genre.
