This found-footage horror offering plunges viewers into the chilling mystery surrounding Officer David Serling's disappearance within a derelict hospital. The narrative unfolds through his recovered body cam footage, a device that immediately immerses the audience in the claustrophobic and unsettling environment. Serling's wife endeavors to reconstruct the events of that fateful night, adding a layer of desperate urgency to the unfolding dread.
