LADY KILLERS - MYRA HINDLEY

Cinemavixion Review

This documentary delves into the chilling case of Myra Hindley and Ian Brady, the notorious Moors Murderers. It meticulously reconstructs how a seemingly ordinary woman became inextricably linked with profound evil. The episode thoughtfully navigates the psychological underpinnings of their crimes, the manipulative dynamics at play, and the intense media scrutiny that cemented Hindley's image as the "face of evil." Moving beyond sensationalism, the film offers a compelling examination of the societal shockwaves their actions sent through Britain and the enduring, dark legacy that continues to fascinate and horrify decades later. It serves as a stark reminder of the capacity for darkness that can reside beneath a seemingly normal facade.
