LA SOLDATESSA ALLE GRANDI MANOVRE

Cinemavixion Review

Nando Cicero's "La soldatessa alle grandi manovre" (1978) offers a comedic look at a female doctor, Eva Marini, tasked with investigating the sexual conduct of soldiers on an Italian military base. Played by Edwige Fenech, Marini finds herself in a situation more complex than she anticipated. The film, also featuring Renzo Montagnani and Alvaro Vitali, delves into humorous explorations of military life and societal norms, set against the backdrop of a 1970s Italian sensibility. While the plot summary is brief, it promises a blend of satire and light-hearted drama characteristic of its era.
