LA RAGAZZA SOTTO IL LENZUOLO

Cinemavixion Review

Marino Girolami's "La ragazza sotto il lenzuolo" (1961) offers a charming blend of comedy and fantasy, centered on a delightful premise. The film follows a thief who, while attempting to pillage a castle, encounters the ghost of a princess. Their unexpected connection blossoms as she aids him, finding her own peace in the process. Starring the charismatic Walter Chiari as the reformed thief and the enchanting Chelo Alonso as the spectral princess, the movie navigates themes of redemption and unexpected love. While perhaps not a cinematic landmark, "La ragazza sotto il lenzuolo" provides a whimsical and engaging viewing experience, showcasing a unique story with a touch of Italian charm from its era.
