KIT^N^KATE - OVER THE MOOOOON!

Cinemavixion Review

This charming animated short, "Kit^n^Kate - Over the Mooooon!," presents a heartwarming tale of overcoming self-doubt. The narrative centers on Bo, a young calf tasked with a family tradition of jumping over the moon. Initially paralyzed by fear of failure, Bo attempts to find external aids for courage, symbolized by a growing collection of 'lucky balls.' The story cleverly illustrates the psychological crutch that such objects can become. The arrival of Kit and Kate, portrayed as supportive cargo plane pilots, adds an element of adventure and assistance. Ultimately, Bo's successful leap, despite losing her 'lucky charms,' delivers a powerful message about inner strength and the importance of practice over reliance on external validation. It's a gentle yet effective lesson for young viewers.
