KISS KISS

Cinemavixion Review

Dallas King's 'KISS KISS' plunges viewers into a deceptive world where a lavish wine tasting among four best friends rapidly devolves into a desperate fight for survival. The film masterfully contrasts the initial opulence and camaraderie with mounting dread, exploring themes of loyalty tested under extreme duress. Natascha Hopkins, Bobby Scalercio, and Nathalia Castellon deliver compelling performances, navigating the complex emotional landscape of characters pushed to their limits. King's direction maintains a taut atmosphere, skillfully building suspense as the idyllic setting transforms into a perilous trap. While the narrative takes unexpected turns, it is the exploration of human resilience and the dark undercurrents that can surface in unexpected circumstances that truly resonates. 'KISS KISS' offers a gripping, albeit unsettling, cinematic experience that questions the fragility of comfort and the primal instinct to survive.
