KILLERS 2: THE BEAST

Cinemavixion Review

David Michael Latt's "Killers 2: The Beast" plunges viewers into a chilling descent into paranoia, anchored by a compelling performance from Kim Little as Heather. The narrative masterfully blurs the lines between reality and delusion as Heather, confined to a mental institution after a botched drug deal, becomes convinced of a sinister plot against her. Latt's direction amplifies the suffocating atmosphere of the asylum, making the audience question every twist and turn alongside Heather. The supporting cast, including D.C. Douglas and Nick Stellate, effectively embodies the unsettling environment. While the film may not boast mainstream accolades, its gritty portrayal of psychological terror and its taut pacing offer a satisfyingly tense experience for fans of the genre.
