KILLER KITES

Cinemavixion Review

In the realm of supernatural horror, "Killer Kites" emerges as a peculiar and intriguing offering. The film centers on Abby, who inherits a mysterious kite. This seemingly innocuous object soon reveals a terrifying secret as it becomes the instrument of death for those around her. The narrative deftly pulls the audience into a supernatural mystery, questioning whether the kite itself is the monster or merely a conduit for something far more sinister. Directed by Paul Dale and Austin Frosch, and featuring a cast including Austin Naulty, Manon Pages, and Carter Simoneaux, the film attempts to blend elements of horror with a unique premise. While the IMDb rating suggests a niche appeal, the core concept of a killer kite offers a fresh, albeit unconventional, antagonist. "Killer Kites" is a film that dares to be different, exploring the darker side of inherited objects and the terrifying possibilities that lurk within the mundane. It's a watch for those who appreciate inventive horror concepts that stray from the beaten path.
