Charles Band returns to his roots with "Killer Eye: Halloween Haunt," a 2011 horror-comedy that leans into its B-movie sensibilities with a playful, if somewhat gratuitous, spirit. The film, penned by Domonic Muir, Kent Roudebush, and Band himself, introduces a quartet of girlfriends who, while tasked with converting a mansion into a Halloween attraction, find themselves interrupted by a decidedly unwelcome guest: the titular Killer Eye. This pint-sized fiend, a perverse entity from beyond, crashes the party with a singular, unsettling agenda.
