KILLER BY NATURE

Cinemavixion Review

Douglas S. Younglove's "Killer by Nature" presents a chilling descent into the psyche, where the boundaries between troubled dreams and waking reality blur with terrifying consequence. The film masterfully weaves a narrative around a young man haunted by horrific visions that eerily mirror the crimes of a notorious serial killer. Zachary Ray Sherman delivers a compelling performance, navigating the protagonist's escalating fear and existential dread. He is ably supported by veteran actors Ron Perlman and Armand Assante, who lend gravitas to their roles. The film delves into themes of inherited trauma and the potential for darkness lurking beneath the surface, amplified by the looming presence of the incarcerated Dr. Eugene "Mean Gene" Branch. While the IMDb rating suggests a polarizing reception, the film's exploration of psychological horror and its suspenseful plot make it a noteworthy entry for fans of the genre seeking a dark, introspective thriller.
