KILLER BBQ

Cinemavixion Review

Joe Betancourt's 2019 horror offering, "Killer BBQ," plunges audiences into a chillingly unique culinary nightmare. Set in a small town, the narrative centers on a seemingly innocuous barbecue joint, "Killer BBQ," run by the enigmatic Bo Dean. However, the tantalizing aroma wafting from the establishment conceals a gruesome secret: the "killer" food is made of humans. The story gains momentum with the arrival of Deputy Destiny Milton, a newcomer who senses that something is amiss with the popular eatery. Her investigation into the town's dark secret forms the backbone of this suspenseful thriller. The film boasts a cast including Rick Leo Foster, Steven A. Garrison, and Jason Gary Garrison, who effectively bring the unsettling atmosphere to life. "Killer BBQ" offers a B-movie thrill with a premise that is as disturbing as it is intriguing, making it a noteworthy watch for fans of unconventional horror.
