KIDNAPPED IN ROMANIA

Cinemavixion Review

Carlo Fusco's "Kidnapped in Romania" presents a tense thriller centered on a pair of Italo-American journalists who vanish while on assignment in Romania. The film, starring Michael Madsen, Andrea Stefancikova, and Paul Sorvino, delves into the perilous world of investigative journalism when personal safety is compromised. While the plot summary suggests a compelling narrative of disappearance and potential danger, the film's reception, as indicated by its IMDb rating of 2.5/10, points to a challenging viewing experience that may not fully capitalize on its premise. Despite potential shortcomings, the film offers a glimpse into a dangerous scenario, driven by its international cast and director's vision.
