KATHRYN UPSIDE DOWN

Cinemavixion Review

In 'Kathryn Upside Down,' director Allie Loukas crafts a charming comedy that explores unexpected familial bonds. The film centers on Kathryn, a stylish young woman whose meticulously ordered world is hilariously disrupted when she meets her biological father, a humble plumber. As Kathryn navigates this surprising revelation, she embarks on a journey of self-discovery, challenging her preconceived notions of identity and belonging. Loukas, who also stars in the film, brings a fresh and relatable perspective to the narrative, reminiscent of classic coming-of-age comedies. While the film may not boast major awards, its heartfelt story and engaging performances offer a delightful viewing experience, particularly for those who appreciate a blend of humor and genuine emotion.
