JURASSIC SCHOOL

Cinemavixion Review

In "Jurassic School," director Mark Atkins delivers a charming, albeit familiar, family-friendly adventure centered on Tommy, a bright but unassuming middle schooler. When his science fair project, a cloned dinosaur embryo, unexpectedly hatches, Tommy finds himself the reluctant guardian of a prehistoric pet. The film cleverly navigates the challenges of keeping a dinosaur secret, exploring the burgeoning friendship between boy and creature. As the dinosaur inevitably escapes, Tommy must race against time and opportunistic adults to protect his unique companion. While "Jurassic School" may not reinvent the dino-disaster genre, it offers a heartwarming tale of responsibility and friendship, bolstered by solid performances from Gabriel Bennett, Amber Patino, and Ashton Pulis. It’s a lighthearted romp suitable for younger audiences and those nostalgic for classic creature features.
