This documentary, "JFK’s Circle of Power: The Story of the Irish Mafia," delves into the compelling narrative of the Kennedy family, tracing their journey from ancestral Ireland to the pinnacle of American influence. It opens with a stark reminder of President John F. Kennedy's enduring legacy and tragic end, immediately setting a somber yet historically significant tone. The film then transports viewers to Dunganstown, Ireland, the family's ancestral home, exploring the roots that shaped their remarkable rise. The documentary highlights JFK's dedication to justice, peace, and civil rights, while also illuminating the powerful circle of advisors, often dubbed the "Irish Mafia," who played a crucial role in navigating American politics during a transformative period.
