Cinemavixion Review

The documentary-style description of Jan Lewan offers a glimpse into a fascinating true crime story. Lewan, a polka musician from Pennsylvania, became infamous for orchestrating a massive Ponzi scheme that defrauded millions. The narrative is further contextualized by the Netflix film 'The Polka King,' starring Jack Black, which brought Lewan's story to a wider audience. While the provided details are intriguing, they primarily serve as a synopsis rather than a critical evaluation, leaving room for a deeper dive into the specifics of the scheme and its impact.
