IRON BROTHERS - ON THE RUN FROM THE SHOSHONE

Cinemavixion Review

This Western drama, "Iron Brothers - On The Run From The Shoshone" (2016), plunges viewers into the harsh realities of the 19th-century fur trade. The narrative follows Abel and Henry Iron, brothers who tread a perilous path in the Rocky Mountains, their lives defined by the dwindling beaver population and the legacy of their father. Their quest for survival takes a dangerous turn when a fraught encounter with a band of Shoshone warriors results in a fatality and a desperate flight for their lives. Pursued relentlessly, the brothers must confront the raw wilderness and the bonds of their own kinship, testing whether their brotherhood can be their salvation against overwhelming odds. The film appears to explore themes of survival, inter-cultural conflict, and the enduring strength of family ties in a brutal and unforgiving landscape.
