INVESTIGATION 13

Cinemavixion Review

"Investigation 13" plunges viewers into the chilling depths of the Black Grove Asylum, weaving a tale of college science students who dare to confront the legend of the Mole Man. As their thirteenth investigation unfolds, the line between myth and reality blurs, and the students find themselves ensnared in a terrifying truth. The film, directed by Krisstian de Lara and featuring a compelling performance from Meg Foster, masterfully builds suspense, drawing on a premise that taps into primal fears of the unknown lurking within forgotten places. While the narrative explores scientific rationalization clashing with the paranormal, it ultimately delivers a gripping horror experience that questions the boundaries of our understanding. This unsettling journey into the asylum's dark secrets is a testament to the enduring power of urban legends in cinema.
