INTERMEDIO

Cinemavixion Review

Andy Lauer's 2005 thriller "Intermedio" plunges audiences into the eerie depths beneath the US-Mexico border, a location ripe for subterranean scares. The film follows four friends who, while exploring a network of mysterious caves, become ensnared in a chilling underground labyrinth. As their situation grows dire, the caverns transform into a haunting ground, revealing spirits of the past and a malevolent presence. Featuring Edward Furlong and Steve Railsback, "Intermedio" leverages its atmospheric setting to craft a suspenseful narrative about survival against spectral forces. While the film garnered a modest rating on IMDb, its premise offers a descent into darkness that fans of claustrophobic horror may find compelling.
