INSIDE THE MIND OF A FEMALE PSYCHOPATH SERIAL KILLER | THE PERTERBOROUGH DITCH MURDERS

Cinemavixion Review

This documentary delves into the chilling psyche of Joanne Dennehy, the first woman in the UK to receive a whole life tariff for murder. Through unprecedented access to her parents, the film unflinchingly explores the devastating impact of her crimes on her family. Dennehy's cold confession, admitting to the brutal murders of three men simply "to see if I was as cold as I thought I was," reveals a terrifying lack of remorse and a disturbing descent into a self-proclaimed "moreish" bloodlust. The narrative forces viewers to confront the darkest aspects of human nature, questioning the origins of such profound malevolence and the societal implications of a killer driven by such unfathomable motives. It is a stark and unsettling examination of a mind that defies comprehension.
