INSIDE THE MIND OF A BUDDHIST: A REVEALING ENCOUNTER

Cinemavixion Review

This documentary offers a unique glimpse into the world of Buddhism, presenting it not merely as a religion but as a profound way of life followed by over 300 million people globally. The narrative follows Tevya as he navigates this spiritual path, beginning with a vibrant celebration of Buddha's birthday. The episode promises an engaging exploration, featuring an encounter with a teenage Buddhist student and a monk's attempt to guide Tevya towards mental quietude. The introduction to "The Hungry Ghosts" during a birthday food fight adds an intriguing, perhaps unexpected, cultural dimension to this journey towards enlightenment. It's an invitation to understand a philosophy centered on mindfulness and inner peace.
