This documentary offers a fascinating glimpse into the Cebu Provincial Detention and Rehabilitation Center in the Philippines, a facility housing some of the nation's most dangerous convicts. The film compellingly illustrates a unique rehabilitation program where inmates dedicate four hours daily to dance. This rigorous practice has demonstrably transformed their behavior, challenging preconceived notions of incarceration and reform.
