IMMORTAL KISS: QUEEN OF THE NIGHT

Cinemavixion Review

While the premise of 'IMMORTAL KISS: Queen of the Night' offers a tantalizing glimpse into the world of vampiric seduction and eternal life, the film itself struggles to fully capitalize on its potential. The narrative follows five young men drawn to a secluded mansion by the enigmatic Amina, a vampire queen seeking a new consort. The allure of immortality and the dark allure of the vampire's court are established, but the execution leaves much to be desired. The performances, while earnest, do not quite elevate the material beyond its B-movie roots. The film's pacing can feel uneven, and the visual presentation, while attempting a certain gothic atmosphere, often feels constrained. Despite these shortcomings, those seeking a straightforward, albeit uninspired, take on vampire lore might find a fleeting moment of interest in Amina's deadly game.
