HURACÁN

Cinemavixion Review

Cassius Corrigan's "Huracán" plunges into the turbulent psyche of an aspiring mixed martial arts fighter grappling with the profound complexities of Multiple Personality Disorder. This psychological thriller, also directed by Corrigan, navigates the intense world of combat sports while delving into the protagonist's internal battles. The film, released in 2019, offers a compelling, albeit often harrowing, exploration of identity and the human condition, anchored by a performance that must surely contend with the character's fragmented reality. While specific accolades remain elusive, the film's premise promises a gripping narrative for audiences seeking a deeper, more introspective look at the intersection of physical and mental struggle.
