HUNTING KING ARTHUR'S BONES USING PSYCHIC ARCHEOLOGY

Cinemavixion Review

This documentary delves into the fascinating, albeit unconventional, pursuits of Frederick Bligh Bond, an Edwardian archaeologist whose quest for King Arthur's resting place took a decidedly esoteric turn. Bond's methods, which incorporated spirit writing and séances, challenge the very foundations of traditional archeological practice, blurring the lines between empirical investigation and spiritualism. The narrative explores the ambition behind his work, seeking to unearth not just historical artifacts but also the spectral echoes of a legendary past. It's a compelling look at a man driven by a profound belief, who dared to use extraordinary means to find extraordinary answers, placing Glastonbury Abbey at the heart of a mythic quest.
