HUMBLE PIE

Cinemavixion Review

Embarking on a journey of self-discovery and artistic ambition, 'Humble Pie' presents the story of Tracy, a resilient individual who dares to dream big in the face of societal skepticism. Tracy, a 400-pound aspiring actor, navigates a world that seems determined to thwart his aspirations. He contends with an overbearing acting coach, questionable friendships, and the complexities of his family life, all while holding onto the hope of achieving his dreams. The film, helmed by director Chris Bowman and featuring performances by Hubbel Palmer, Kathleen Quinlan, and Geoff Hansen, explores themes of perseverance, heart, and quiet determination. It's a narrative that champions the pursuit of one's passions, even when the odds appear insurmountable, suggesting that true success often comes from within, regardless of external validation or physical appearance.
