HUGE MOVES

Cinemavixion Review

This documentary plunges viewers into the high-stakes world of extraordinary transportation and recovery. The London segment is a masterclass in logistical precision, detailing the monumental effort required to move twenty brand-new Tube trains, valued at £20 million, across challenging UK roads to the confined Waterloo & City Line. The sheer scale of threading each carriage through a narrow urban aperture promises a visually striking and tension-filled narrative. Complementing this, the Manitoba segment shifts to an emotional quest as Pat Madden and Annette Spaulding, a dedicated husband-and-wife team of wreck chasers, race against the harsh Canadian winter. Their mission: to salvage a long-lost aircraft from the depths of a frozen lake. The juxtaposition of these two immense undertakings highlights human ingenuity and perseverance against formidable natural and man-made obstacles. It's a compelling look at tasks that push the boundaries of what seems possible.
