Cinemavixion Review

This documentary offers a compelling narrative on the rise and transformation of the Celtic people. Originating from humble beginnings in the Alps approximately 2,700 years ago, they rapidly evolved into a dominant force across Dark Age Europe. The film thoughtfully traces their journey from a peaceful, trade-oriented society to a formidable, militaristic culture by the 5th century BC. It posits climate change and societal shifts as key catalysts for their expansion and the development of their formidable reputation. The documentary skillfully illustrates how these ancient peoples navigated immense challenges, leaving an indelible mark on the continent's history and cultural landscape.
