HOW GUN VIOLENCE POLARIZED THE US NATION

Cinemavixion Review

This documentary delves into the deeply divisive issue of gun violence in the United States. It chronicles the arduous, multi-year campaign by victims' families, spearheaded by the daughter of a hospice nurse, to enact stricter gun control measures. The film starkly portrays the immense challenges they face, battling formidable gun lobbies and navigating a profoundly polarized public opinion, all within the context of a nation where the Second Amendment is fiercely protected and each act of violence exacerbates existing societal rifts. It's a compelling, albeit somber, examination of a persistent national struggle.
