HOW AWFUL ABOUT ALLAN

Cinemavixion Review

This psychological thriller, "How Awful About Allan," masterfully navigates the treacherous terrain of guilt and paranoia. Directed by Curtis Harrington and featuring a compelling performance from Anthony Perkins, the film plunges viewers into the disoriented world of a man grappling with psychosomatic blindness following a family tragedy. The narrative expertly weaves a tale of perceived revenge, blurring the lines between reality and delusion as the protagonist returns to his estranged sister's home. The claustrophobic atmosphere and unsettling plot make this a captivating exploration of the human psyche under duress, a film that lingers long after the credits roll.
