HOUSE OF THE BLACK DEATH

Cinemavixion Review

Harold Daniels and Jerry Warren's "House of the Black Death" presents a darkly familial conflict, where two warlock brothers engage in a supernatural struggle for inheritance. Their battleground extends beyond personal power, drawing in covens of witches to amplify their arcane might. The film features a notable cast including John Carradine and Lon Chaney Jr., lending their iconic presences to this tale of sorcery and sibling rivalry over a family fortune. While perhaps not a mainstream blockbuster, it offers a niche exploration of witchcraft and familial discord within its 1964 release.
