HORSE CAMP

Cinemavixion Review

Joel Paul Reisig's "Horse Camp" offers a familiar yet heartwarming narrative centered on the transformative power of summer vacations. The film follows Kathy as she navigates the challenges of horse camp, particularly her encounters with the ostensibly "mean girl" Stacy. While the plot treads well-worn paths of rivalry and eventual friendship, it does so with a sincerity that resonates. The film's strength lies in its depiction of youthful dynamics and the lessons learned about camaraderie and self-discovery. "Horse Camp" is a pleasant family diversion, particularly for those with an affinity for equestrian themes, delivering a gentle message about the true value of friendship amidst the backdrop of a quintessential summer camp experience.
