HOMECOMING

Cinemavixion Review

Returning to her childhood home after a two-decade absence, Katie (Jordan Belfi) finds herself ensnared in a web of lingering trauma and unresolved mysteries. The narrative skillfully weaves a tale of suspense, as forgotten memories surrounding a tragic accident and unsolved disappearances resurface during a reunion with old friends. Director Todd S. Kniss crafts an atmosphere thick with dread, where nostalgic reminiscence quickly devolves into primal fear. The film expertly explores themes of guilt, accountability, and the terrifying realization that some pasts refuse to stay buried. As secrets unravel and danger mounts within the confines of the old house, the characters, and the audience, are left to question who among them harbors the darkest intentions. "Homecoming" is a compelling thriller that taps into the unsettling notion that the most frightening ghosts are often the ones we bring with us.
