HOLLYWOOD FLIES

Cinemavixion Review

Fabio Segatori's 2005 crime drama, "Hollywood Flies," presents a gritty narrative following brothers Martina and Luca on a fateful journey from Las Vegas to the glittering, yet perilous, streets of Hollywood. Their path takes an unexpected and dangerous turn when they encounter a pair of convicts and Cherie, a showgirl attempting to escape her manager. The situation escalates dramatically as the convicts abduct Martina, compelling Luca into a desperate act of carrying a $3 million bag. Starring Antonio Cupo, Bianca Guaccero, and Caprice Bourret, the film delves into themes of desperation and the dark underbelly of the pursuit of the American dream. Despite a modest IMDb rating, the film's compelling plot offers a suspenseful exploration of moral compromise and the high stakes involved when ordinary lives intersect with criminal elements.
