HOLISTAY

Cinemavixion Review

"Holistay" emerges as a chilling foray into domestic unease, masterfully directed by Mary Patel-Gallagher. The film centers on two couples who, through a bizarre double booking, find themselves sharing a San Diego vacation house, unaware of the escalating strangeness that awaits. As the idyllic setting unravels, the narrative plunges into a disquieting exploration of psychological dread and the uncanny. The performances, particularly from John Michael Hersey, anchor the mounting tension, making the descent into paranoia palpable. "Holistay" excels in its suspenseful storytelling, weaving a mystery that is as much about the characters' fracturing realities as it is about external paranormal forces. This is a thriller designed to keep viewers on edge, promising shocking revelations and a haunting conclusion that lingers long after the credits roll.
