HEARTLINES

Cinemavixion Review

"Heartlines" emerges as a poignant exploration of male connection and the search for meaning across disparate lives. Directed by David Karges, the film intricately weaves the narratives of Manny, a former real estate magnate grappling with affluence and emptiness, and JP, a security guard navigating his own sense of loss. Their unlikely kinship, developing in the affluent landscape of Long Island and Queens, offers a compelling father-son parallel, as they confront past regrets and strive for a better future. While specific critical reception details are not provided, the film's premise suggests a thoughtful character study, delving into themes of reconciliation and the enduring human need for connection. "Heartlines" invites viewers to consider how shared vulnerabilities can forge profound bonds, even amidst vastly different circumstances.
