HEARTLAND HOMICIDE - ALICE PEPPERL

Cinemavixion Review

In the quiet confines of a small-town motel, a shocking event shatters the decades-long peace of a community. The demise of 59-year-old Alice Pepperell marks the first murder investigation in the city's history in over thirty years. As suspicion begins to cast a shadow on those close to her, the very definition of friend and foe becomes dangerously ambiguous. This compelling narrative delves into the rare instance of big-city crime intruding upon rural tranquility, exploring the lives and circumstances of those affected, the motivations of the accused, and bringing the harrowing events to light through the perspectives of those who experienced them firsthand.
