HE CAN CONTROL THE FUTURE

Cinemavixion Review

"He Can Control The Future" presents a compelling narrative anchored by a profound exploration of fate, choice, and sacrifice. The story centers on Neal Stewart, a man who grapples with an extraordinary ability inherited from ancient African Griots: the power to draw the future. This supernatural gift, confided to him by Albright, becomes a source of both immense possibility and unbearable burden. The film masterfully intertwines Neal's personal life with his newfound power. His relationship with Tina, marked by the joyous anticipation of a child, takes a tragic turn as fear and consequence collide. The narrative delves into the emotional toll of irreversible decisions, portraying Tina's descent into depression with poignant accuracy. As Neal navigates the seductive allure of fulfilling his dreams, the story poses a critical question: at what cost does one wield such power? The ultimate sacrifice Neal makes underscores the profound themes of love and redemption, leaving the audience to ponder the true nature of destiny.
