HARRY: THE MYSTERIOUS PRINCE

Cinemavixion Review

This 2004 documentary, "Harry: The Mysterious Prince," directed by Alan Scales, delves into the enigma surrounding the young royal. With a runtime of 50 minutes, the film attempts to peel back the layers of public perception, contrasting the image of a "feckless playboy" with that of a "physically brave young man destined to distinguish himself in unexpected ways." Despite facing "relentless media scrutiny, much of it negative," as noted in the local description, the documentary promises to use "previously unknown facts and footage" to illuminate a prince dogged by tragedy and controversy. While awards and critical reception are not detailed, the film presents itself as a balanced exploration of a figure who remains a "tantalizing, elusive mystery."
