HARLEQUIN: THIS MATTER OF MARRIAGE

Cinemavixion Review

This charming film explores the intertwined lives of two architects, Hallie and Donnalee, as they navigate the complexities of career ambition and romantic fulfillment in their mid-thirties. The narrative cleverly parallels their professional drive to secure a significant project for the enigmatic Adam Barr with their personal quests for meaningful relationships. As Hallie actively seeks her ideal partner, fate intervenes in an unexpected, close-to-home manner. The film delves into themes of timing, destiny, and the realization that professional success need not preclude personal happiness. It’s a warm and engaging story that celebrates the pursuit of both passion and partnership.
