HANNA D. - THE GIRL FROM VONDEL PARK

Cinemavixion Review

Rino Di Silvestro's 1984 drama, "Hanna D. - The Girl from Vondel Park," transports viewers to a European setting, exploring themes likely rooted in the human condition, as suggested by its genre classification. The film, a collaboration between Italy and France, features performances from Ann-Gisel Glass, Sebastiano Somma, and Tony Serrano. While specific plot details are not provided, the year of its release places it within a rich period of European cinema, often characterized by auteur-driven narratives and a focus on character development. Viewers interested in the dramatic cinema of the mid-1980s may find "Hanna D." a compelling, albeit perhaps lesser-known, addition to their watch list.
