HANK BOYD IS DEAD

Cinemavixion Review

In "Hank Boyd Is Dead," director Sean Melia crafts a taut thriller centered around a young woman whose catering gig at a post-funeral gathering takes a sinister turn. As she serves the guests of the recently deceased, accused killer Hank Boyd, she uncovers unsettling discrepancies surrounding his alleged crimes and the circumstances of his death. The film masterfully builds suspense, blurring the lines between perception and reality as the protagonist delves deeper into the dark secrets of the Boyd family and the community. Stefanie E. Frame delivers a compelling performance as the increasingly suspicious caterer, supported by David Christopher Wells and Liv Rooth, who add layers of intrigue to the unfolding mystery. "Hank Boyd Is Dead" is a chilling exploration of hidden truths and the unsettling nature of secrets buried within seemingly ordinary lives.
