GODFORSAKEN: UNNATURAL CASE

Cinemavixion Review

Ali Akbar Kamal's 'GODFORSAKEN: UNNATURAL CASE' plunges viewers into the unsettling atmosphere of a small town plagued by a bizarre and disturbing mystery. The film follows an indie doc crew as they attempt to capture the essence of a seemingly unnatural phenomenon, only to find themselves entangled in a narrative that spirals into extreme tragedy. The narrative skillfully builds suspense, hinting at forces beyond comprehension, while grounding the unfolding horror in the relatable ambition of the documentary filmmakers. The performances effectively convey a growing sense of dread and desperation as the investigation takes a dark turn. 'GODFORSAKEN' is a chilling exploration of the unknown and the devastating consequences of uncovering truths that perhaps were meant to remain buried.
