GOD HAS A RAP SHEET

Cinemavixion Review

Kamal Ahmed's "God Has a Rap Sheet" (2003) presents a compelling, albeit confined, dramatic narrative centered on a group of men sharing a holding cell. The premise, featuring a homeless man who claims to be the Almighty, offers a unique platform for exploring themes of faith, redemption, and the human condition under duress. Starring John Ford Noonan, Peter Appel, and Bonz Malone, the film leverages its ensemble cast to delve into the diverse backgrounds and inner lives of its characters. While specific critical reception and box office performance details are not widely publicized, its IMDb rating of 6.3 suggests a moderately engaging experience for viewers. The film's strength lies in its thought-provoking concept and the potential for intense character interplay within its singular setting, making it a noteworthy independent drama for those seeking unconventional storytelling.
