GHOST MONTH: THE OFFERINGS

Cinemavixion Review

"GHOST MONTH: THE OFFERINGS" delves into the chilling folklore of the seventh lunar month, a period traditionally believed to allow spirits to roam the mortal realm. The film centers on a housekeeper who finds herself ensnared in a terrifying encounter with vengeful apparitions. Director Danny Draven crafts an atmosphere steeped in dread, exploring the cultural nuances of this potent superstition. While the film may not boast major accolades, its strength lies in its commitment to exploring the unsettling premise of spectral unrest and the vulnerability of those caught in its path. It's a narrative that taps into primal fears, offering a glimpse into a world where the veil between the living and the dead is terrifyingly thin.
