GHOST IN THE GRAVEYARD

Cinemavixion Review

Charlie Comparetto's 'Ghost in the Graveyard' delves into the chilling premise of a vengeful spirit seeking retribution. Set in the isolated town of Mt. Moriah, the narrative centers on a group of teenagers haunted by the spectral presence of Martha, a ghost whose death they witnessed as children. The film masterfully intertwines the terror of the supernatural with the lingering guilt of the past as Martha's return coincides with a childhood game. Kelli Berglund and Jake Busey deliver compelling performances, anchoring the supernatural elements with grounded emotional depth. Comparetto crafts an atmosphere of escalating dread, making 'Ghost in the Graveyard' a suspenseful exploration of how unresolved trauma can manifest in terrifying ways. It's a film that lingers, questioning the boundaries between memory, guilt, and the spectral realm.
