GHOST BOAT

Cinemavixion Review

In "Ghost Boat," director Matt Lofgren crafts a chilling narrative of psychological entrapment. The film plunges viewers into Samantha's suffocating reality aboard a family yacht, a setting that transforms into a personal prison. Samantha, compellingly portrayed by Jennifer Stuckert, is subjected to the relentless torment of an alarm system, each sound a cruel mandate that dictates her existence. Lofgren masterfully uses the claustrophobic confines of the boat to amplify the sense of dread and isolation. The supporting performances by Olivia Aaron and Adam Bhukk further anchor Samantha's harrowing experience. This is a taut, unnerving exploration of helplessness and the psychological toll of inescapable circumstances, proving that true horror often resides within the mind.
