This fascinating documentary chronicles a remarkable feat of architectural and personal transformation. We follow a couple in Toronto as they undertake the ambitious project of converting a stark, bunker-like industrial warehouse into a vibrant, green family home and studio. The narrative highlights the ingenious design of multi-functional spaces and adaptable furniture, perfectly suited for both living and creative work. Particularly impressive are the sustainable features integrated into the dwelling, such as advanced smart ventilation systems, energy-efficient radiant concrete floors, and a versatile courtyard that seamlessly extends the living area outdoors.
